H. Roy Williams, President of the Center for Humanitarian Cooperation (CHC), will be working with a range of actors in the humanitarian community in an attempt to find ways to help bridge the gaps between different groups. These groups include NGOs, the Peace Keeping and Stability Operations Institute at the Army War College, and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance.
